Under The Fierce Sun
The Supreme Exodus Series - "Jua Kali" "Fierce Sun" - in Swahili
Expression used to describe anyone who works informally, with broken hands. The series are inspired by the African & Latin American migrant works who work under the burning sun.
In Kenya, Jua Kali are the "street doctors", modest people working under blazing sun to bring dead or broken things to life. Jua Kali make things move, work and flow; bringing value and integrity to communities.
